Our products carry 60 days of free telephone, fax and web support. Technical support is available Monday thru Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM eastern time. Additional support policies may be purchased for a year or on a per call basis. In addition, registered recent release users may download the latest program updates at no additional charge by simply selecting the corresponding software update page.
